Subject: Request for additional $2,000.00 for road grading.
On October 26, 2011, Ray Lyons emailed the Board requesting an additional $2,000.00 for road grading. The reason
stated for the amount, in addition to the $10,000.00 previously approved, is that Ray put better tires on the grader,
which used $2,000.00 out of the $10,000.00 that he had not anticipated. With additional $2,000.00 the association will
get an additional 23.5 hours of grader time.
The request was approved by Dennis Kist, Lynn Lafleur-Dragonfly, and Rusty Evans. Eric Witzak approved verbally.
