Dennis Kist requested approval to file suit against Vern Wagner to enforce the Agistor’s lien filed for $23, 726.57 in
March 2011. Dennis has contacted attorney Tracie Hulbert in Fairplay who is willing to handle the matter. She will
require a $500.00 retainer.
Lynn LaFleur-Dragonfly, Rusty Evans, Ray Lyons, and Eric Witzak voted to approve the request.
