TPRA Board of Directors Meeting
June 20, 2015
Present: Dennis Kist, Ray Lyons, Lynn LaFleur Dragonfly, Rusty Evans, Eric Witzak, Lester Kawasaki
M/S/C to appoint Lester Kawasaki as a new Member At Large.
The Board discussed the current budget and upcoming projects.
M/S/C to approve an annual budget of $10,000.00 for summer maintenance and $10,000.00 for winter
maintenance.
M/S/C to approve $5,000.00 for grading, $2,500.00 to build a new concrete pan for Antero, $7,500.00 for
snowfence, and $1,500.00 for delineators.
M/S/C to approve paying off the loan on the snowblower.
M/S/C to approve $3,000.00 to hire an assistant for Lynn.
M/S/C to approve $480.00 for “the cloud” to backup records.
M/S/C to adjourn.
